Creative STEM Prompt Videos

Creative STEM prompt videos challenge kids to create projects inspired by science mysteries, latest discoveries, real-world problems and inventions, animals and nature science, STEM role models, and artists and designers from around the world! These videos are part of The GIANT Room’s Daily Creative Bootcamp program, virtual Member’s Room for families, and GIANT Portal for educators. Members receive one creative prompt each day and are invited to join a live, online workshop to build projects inspired by the creative prompt with materials they already have at home. Since its launch, 550+ videos have been created by me and shared with the GIANT community.

PROJECT ROLES

Writer & Video Editor

I ideate video topics and concepts, write the scripts, and edit them on Animoto.

Manager

I manage the virtual Member’s Room for children and families, which includes designing the website platform, creating and organizing GIANT Series prompt collections, sharing the daily prompts with members, and communicating with the online instruction team.

Curriculum Designer

I write and design the online workshop plans, which are paired with each prompt video. These plans are shared with all the online instructors.

Get creative by bringing inanimate objects to life through a fun, art technique called “eyebombing!”
